| 表面の説明 | Central square hole surrounded by a plain raised rim on both inner and outer edges. Four Chinese ideograms in regular script (kaishu) are arranged in cruciform fashion around the central hole, reading top to bottom and right to left: 崇 (Chong), 禎 (Zhen), 通 (Tong), 寶 (Bao), collectively forming the reign title and monetary designation 'Chongzhen Tongbao.' The characters are rendered in bold, well-defined relief against a flat field, typical of late Ming dynasty imperial cast coinage. |
