| Obverse description | Left-facing bust of Princess Srinagarindra (Somdet Phra Sri Nakarin), the Princess Mother and mother of King Rama IX, depicted wearing a uniform with decorations and a brimmed hat. The effigy is rendered in high relief and occupies the central field. A curved Thai-script legend arcs around the upper and lower periphery, reading her full royal title and commemorating the occasion of her 80th birthday. |
