Beschrijving voorzijde	Horizontal format note with a decorative border enclosing two oval vignettes: at left, a seated allegorical female figure with agricultural attributes, and at right, a mounted horseman in dynamic pose. The central text panel carries the denomination in bold letterpress, flanked by the numeral 5000 printed vertically in the side margins. A small circular arms vignette appears at the top centre, above the issuing authority inscription. Two manuscript signatures appear below the central text panel.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Plain reverse printed with repeated text in light letterpress forming an overall tint, now heavily worn and largely illegible. The note has been cancelled with multiple large circular punch holes distributed across the surface, a typical administrative cancellation practice of the period.
