备注	Guinea's 1963 note issue came just five years after Sékou Touré's government voted against de Gaulle's proposed French Community in 1958 — the only territory to do so — triggering an immediate French withdrawal that stripped the country of its entire administrative and economic infrastructure almost overnight. France reportedly removed everything it could, including pulling out technical advisers and severing the franc zone connection. Guinea had to build a monetary system from scratch, fast. Thomas De La Rue handled the printing, as they did for a significant number of newly independent African states during this period. The 10,000 franc denomination was the series high.
