备注	The Zemaljsko Antifašističko Vijeće Hrvatske — ZAVNOH — issued this note in 1943 as the Partisan resistance in Croatia began establishing parallel civil institutions to rival the Ustaše puppet state. The dual denomination, equating dinara to kuna, was a direct political statement: the Partisans refused to recognize the NDH kuna as the sole legitimate currency while also anchoring their notes to the prewar Yugoslav dinar, signaling continuity with the Kingdom rather than the fascist interregnum. Printing conditions were primitive — these were produced in liberated territory under active military pressure, and paper quality and impression consistency vary considerably across known examples.
