Comments

Bank Refah Kargaran is a state-owned specialized bank originally established in 1960 to provide financial services to Iranian workers and social security beneficiaries — not a central bank, and not authorized to issue currency. No 5,000,000 Rial banknote issued by this institution appears in any standard reference, and the Pick number is unassigned. This is almost certainly a novelty or souvenir item, possibly produced for promotional or commemorative purposes, rather than a genuine circulating or official banknote.
