背面描述	The unadorned reverse presents three paragraphs of redemption and liability conditions set in Fraktur blackletter on plain cream paper, with no vignette, border, or colour underprint. The text details the note's monetary equivalence, the holder's responsibility for loss, and the forfeiture of validity upon expiry of the stated period. The issuing company's name, "Deutsch-Luxemburgische Bergwerks- und Hütten-Aktiengesellschaft", appears in a larger Fraktur typeface at the foot of the text block.

备注	Deutsch-Luxemburgische Bergwerks- und Hütten-AG was one of the largest integrated steel and mining conglomerates in Weimar-era Germany, with operations spanning the Ruhr coalfields and Luxembourg iron ore deposits. During the hyperinflation peak of 1923, industrial firms of this scale routinely issued their own emergency money — Notgeld — because the Reichsbank simply could not supply currency fast enough to meet weekly, sometimes daily, payroll demands at a major industrial workforce. A denomination of 5,000,000 Mark, unthinkable two years earlier, was by mid-1923 barely adequate for a day's wages.
