Описание лицевой стороны	A light green guilloche underprint covers the entire field, with the denomination figure '5000000' repeated in the lateral margins and the Rheydt municipal coat of arms — a crenellated castle tower within a shield — set as a central underprint vignette. Bold letterpress text carries the issuing authority legend above and the denomination inscription '5 Millionen Mark' below, with a serial prefix and handwritten serial number appearing above centre. The date, issuing city, and the Oberbürgermeister's manuscript signature occupy the lower half of the note.
