Two circular vignettes in the upper corners each bear the legend 'Jahresschau Deutscher Arbeit — Dresden' around a stylised eye motif, referencing the 1922–1923 Dresden trade exhibition. Vertical anti-counterfeiting and redemption notices in small Gothic script are printed in framed panels along the left and right margins, with the printer's imprint 'Druck Kunstanstalt Stengel & Co.
