The civic arms of Dillingen an der Donau appear at centre below the date line "Dillingen, am 16. August 1923", flanked by the manuscript signatures of the Stadtrat and Stadtkämmerer. A disclaimer clause appears along the lower margin, with the printer's imprint at the foot left. |
