| Reverse description | The reverse is printed entirely in dark brown on a fine cross-hatched guilloche ground, with 'DORTMUND-HÖRDE' in spaced capitals along the top and bottom border bands. The denomination 'Mk 5000 000 Mk' is repeated in large Gothic type above and below the central panel, with '5000000' printed vertically along both side margins. The central field contains a two-line legal authorisation text in cursive script, citing the Reichsminister der Finanzen approval under the Reichsgesetz of 17 July, followed by a validity clause stating the note expires one month after public notice. |
