| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse features a densely populated and highly detailed relief depicting children and adults in traditional folk costumes from various nations dancing and celebrating together. The figures are arranged in multiple registers across the field, conveying a festive, jubilant atmosphere with balloons, streamers, and pennants. A decorative border of small national flags and emblems encircles the scene, symbolising international participation in the holiday. The engraver's signature 'N.
