Two large interlaced guilloche rosettes flank the arms at lower left and lower right, each incorporating the denomination numeral 5000000. A further guilloche cartouche appears at upper right. The serial number is printed in red at center left, with the place and date BANJA LUKA 1993 at lower left and the anti-counterfeiting legend at bottom center.

备注	Republika Srpska issued this note during the hyperinflationary spiral of 1993, when the Yugoslav successor economies were collapsing in parallel — Belgrade's own dinar was undergoing serial redenomination at the same time. The printing attribution here is worth attention: ZIN in Belgrade supplied the notes, despite Banja Luka being listed as the place of issue, a logistical arrangement that reflected the political and military alignment between Republika Srpska and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia throughout the conflict. The 5,000,000 dinar face value, enormous on paper, represented almost nothing by the time notes reached circulation. Within months, higher denominations followed.
