正面描述	Red and cream typographically printed Notgeld note with the large bold denomination "FÜNF MILLIARDEN MARK" dominating the centre. The issuer inscription "NOTGELD DER STADT KAISERSLAUTERN" runs along the top and bottom borders, with the denomination numeral "5" repeated at each corner. Two manuscript signatures appear below the central text, attributed to the Bürgermeister and Finanzrat, flanking the date "Kaiserslautern, 10. Oktober 1923".

背面描述	Red-framed reverse with a pen-and-ink line vignette at left showing the ruins of the Kaiserslautern imperial palace (Kaiserpfalz) as they appeared circa 1700, captioned "Ruine Kaiserpfalz anno d. 1700". The denomination banner "5 MILLIARDEN MARK" appears at upper right in red, alongside the text "erbaut 1 1 5 3" and a stamped serial number.
