The "Hell Bank Corporation" imprint and the denomination — five billion — are entirely fictitious constructs, produced by Hong Kong novelty and religious goods manufacturers for ritual rather than monetary use. They carry no legal tender status anywhere and have never circulated as currency. Collectors occasionally acquire these as curiosities, but they hold no numismatic standing in standard Pick or SCWPM catalogues.
