| Obverse description | The Mongolian state emblem occupies the central field, depicting the soyombo symbol surmounted by a flame above a crescent and circle, flanked by Mongolian script legends on either side. The large numeral '4000' appears prominently in the lower central field, with the dates '1924' and '1994' inscribed below in smaller characters.
