Obverse description The redesigned Bolivian coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a condor with spread wings perched atop a circular shield enclosing a mountainous landscape with a llama, alpaca, breadfruit tree, and radiant sun. The circular shield is bordered by a beaded inner ring. Ten five-pointed stars are arranged in an arc below the arms. The legend REPUBLICA DE BOLIVIA curves along the upper periphery, with the Valcambi mint mark visible at the base of the coin.
