Reverse description Draped bust of Liberty facing right, her hair elegantly coiled and pinned atop her head, wearing a diadem inscribed 'LIBERT'. The truncation of the bust is visible at the lower field. A circle of twenty raised five-pointed stars surrounds the effigy, evenly distributed around the inner border, all enclosed within a beaded outer ring. The field is otherwise plain, giving prominence to the neoclassical portrait engraved by Ernest Paulin Tasset.
