The large red numeral '10' appears in each corner as a denomination indicator, while the inscription 'Marktgemeinde Neumarkt an der Ybbs' runs across the top. The overall layout is typical of Austrian Notgeld issues of the early 1920s, with a restrained two-colour letterpress execution. |
