| Reverse description | Printed in blue on cream paper, the reverse is framed by a decorative border with ornamental corner devices. A central heraldic vignette depicts an eagle perched above a shield, encircled by a laurel wreath, flanked by two eye-shaped denomination panels each reading '40'. The text is set in Gothic blackletter script and states the conditions of issue, the total authorised sum of 50,000 Kronen, the redemption deadline, and the place and date of issue. The Bürgermeister's manuscript signature appears at the lower right. |
