Obverse description Green and black coupon note with guilloche underprint. The central text block in Cyrillic states that the bearer of this coupon from a 200-rouble State Internal 4½% lottery loan of 1917 is to receive four roubles fifty kopecks, free of tax on income from monetary capital; a boxed denomination panel reading «4 РУБЛЯ 50 КОП.» appears to the right. The date «16 ІЮНЯ 1921 ГОДА» is printed in the upper right, with series and number fields at top centre, a ticket number box at right, and the facsimile signature of the Manager of the State Commission for the Redemption of Debts at lower left above the validity clause «Действителен в течение 10 лѣтъ».

Reverse description Printed entirely in green, the reverse is composed of an elaborate guilloche design with a large ornate cartouche at centre enclosing the bold numeral «7» in an old-style blackletter typeface. Symmetrical lace-pattern panels flank the central cartouche on both sides, framed by a decorative border with small diamond ornaments at each corner. The imprint «American Bank Note Co.» appears in a panel below the central cartouche.
