Additional information

A modern fantasy piece issued in 2007 with no historical monetary authority behind it — Ceylon never produced a copper 4 Rixdollar under George III. The actual Rixdollar circulated in British Ceylon from roughly 1796, when the island was taken from the Dutch, but was eventually demonetized in 1828 as sterling-based coinage was introduced. No copper 4 Rixdollar denomination was ever part of that colonial system.
