Obverse description	Letterpress print in black on plain paper, overprinted on the P#28 base note, with the Paraguayan coat of arms at upper centre and an agricultural vignette of oxen drawing a plow at upper left. The text block carries the promise-to-pay legend and the anti-counterfeiting warning in Spanish. A circular red handstamp reading 'TERCERA SÉRIE' is applied over the face of the note as the series overprint.
