Reed Banknote Company is a private security printer based in Sarasota, Florida, best known for producing promotional and novelty currency for charitable and commemorative clients. The "4 Ocean Dollars" series was produced in partnership with 4ocean, a for-profit cleanup company founded in 2017 in Boca Raton that funds ocean plastic removal through the sale of braided bracelets made from recovered material.
