| Obverse description | Right-facing draped and armored bust of King Frederick I of Sweden, depicted with voluminous long curly hair in the Baroque style, engraved by Johann Karl von Hedlinger. The king's effigy is rendered in high relief, wearing elaborately detailed ornate armor with decorative shoulder elements visible at the truncation. The surrounding Latin legend is separated from the effigy by the milled border, reading continuously from the left around the upper field. |
