| 表面の説明 | Draped bust of Antonio Teodoro Trivulzio facing right, with long flowing hair falling over the shoulders, rendered in high relief in a Baroque portrait style. The effigy is depicted in armour with a decorated pauldron visible at the shoulder. The surrounding legend reads THEODORVS·TRIVLTIVS·S·R·I·ET·VAL·MISOL·ERI with the date 1676 incorporated within the legend. The portrait occupies the majority of the coin field, demonstrating the large module characteristic of multiple-filippo denominations. The inner border is formed by a beaded or reeded ring encircling the design. |

The Trivulzio family held Retegno as an Imperial fief, granting them the right to strike coinage — a privilege that produced pieces more ceremonial than commercial in practice. Antonio Teodoro was among the later lords to exercise this right, and the 4 Filippi denomination, at over 111 grams of silver, was never a coin of everyday exchange.
MIR 895 is among the scarcer Trivulzio issues, with surviving examples thin on the ground outside major Italian institutional collections.
