Obverse description Truncated laureate bust of Fernando VII facing right, with hair tied at the nape by a ribbon bow, rendered in the neoclassical style characteristic of Lima Mint coinage. The effigy is unarmored and unrobed, presenting a bare truncation at the shoulder. The circular legend surrounds the bust, with the date appearing in the lower exergual area flanked by pellets. A beaded inner border frames the entire design.
