| Descripción del anverso | Central field dominated by a large crowned composite heraldic shield displaying the arms of the Habsburg dominions, including the bars of Hungary and Austria, the Bohemian lion, and other quartered devices, surmounted by an imperial crown with foliate decoration at the top corner of the klippe. Flanking the central escutcheon at left and right are two smaller subsidiary shields, one bearing a city or territorial device, all rendered in bold relief characteristic of early sixteenth-century hammered emergency coinage. The design fills the diamond-shaped (klippe) flan to its beveled borders. |

| Descripción del reverso | Seven-line commemorative inscription in capital Roman letters occupying the entire field of the diamond-shaped klippe, reading across the center with a small foliate ornament at the top and bottom points of the flan. The text records the date of the Ottoman siege of Vienna, with the day rendered in Roman numerals (XXIIII) and the year in Arabic numerals at the base. The lettering is bold and well-spaced, consistent with the emergency striking context of the 1529 siege coinage. |
