The text records his birth on 19 April 1658, his accession as Duke of Jülich and Berg in 1678, his elevation as Elector Palatine in 1690, his appointment as Archduke of the Holy Roman Empire in 1708, his role as Vicar in 1711, and his death on 8 June 1716.
