| Obverse description | Diademed and draped effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, after the portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley, with the engraver's initials IRB incuse below the truncation. The denomination '4 DOLLARS' appears to the left of the effigy and the date '2021' with the issuer name 'NIUE' to the right. The legend '2 oz FINE SILVER 9999' arcs along the upper periphery of the oval flan, and 'ELIZABETH II' is inscribed in bold letters along the lower periphery. The design is rendered in a matte finish against a brushed field. |

| Reverse description | Stylised architectural engraving of StoneX Stadium, home ground of the Saracens Rugby Football Club, occupying the central field of the oval flan. Above the stadium, the Saracens club emblem — a crescent and star — is prominently displayed, flanked by three stars symbolising the club's three European Champions Cup titles. The club name 'SARACENS' is inscribed above the central device, with 'StoneX | STADIUM' lettered below. The overall composition is rendered in a detailed relief against a textured background. |

Saracens RFC were banned from the Premiership in 2019 after a salary cap investigation found the club had made undisclosed payments to players — a scandal that resulted in relegation to the Championship and a £5.3 million fine. They won promotion back to the Premiership in 2021, the same year this coin was issued, which gives the timing a pointed relevance the face value of four New Zealand dollars does little to reflect.
Niue has issued sports-themed silver rounds under nominal face value since the early 2000s, effectively functioning as a bullion-adjacent collectibles program rather than circulating currency.
