Obverse description The crowned arms of Antigua and Barbuda occupy the central field, rendered in fine relief with supporters and mantling in the heraldic tradition. The date of issue appears in the lower exergual area beneath the shield. The surrounding legend, arranged along the upper and lower rim, commemorates the inauguration of the Caribbean Development Bank and carries the national motto. The issuer name ANTIGUA is inscribed at the base of the legend.
