Each of the four corner stamps, also circular and beaded, bears the royal legend of Queen Christina with the regnal date, featuring a crowned royal cipher or arms device. The unworked copper field between stamps retains the rough, cast surface texture characteristic of Swedish plate money (plåtmynt), with natural patination ranging from reddish-brown to verdigris. |
