Beschrijving voorzijde Central gilt medallion bearing the emblem of the Republic of South Ossetia, depicting a snow leopard passant before a stylised mountain range, surrounded by a circular legend in Cyrillic reading the republic's name in both Ossetic and Russian. The legend 'НАЦИОНАЛОН БАНК' (National Bank) arcs across the upper field, while the denomination '35 ЗÆРИНЫ' and date '2024' appear in large characters across the lower field. Flanking the central medallion on either side are ornate vertical panels of traditional Caucasian arabesque scrollwork in relief. Fineness 'Ag925' and weight '46.65' are inscribed in the lower corners, with the Saint Petersburg Mint mark (СПМД) visible in the upper right.

Beschrijving keerzijde Detailed landscape scene in high relief depicting the Church of St. George (Уас Стыр Джиуæрджи) at Geri, set amid wooded hills and mountains, with the church's gilt roof prominently rendered at centre. To the left, a relief icon of St. George on horseback slaying the dragon; to the right, a frontal icon of St. George as warrior-saint with halo, spear, and shield. Gold-highlighted ornamental scrollwork frames the four corners, and two gilt medallions bearing equal-armed crosses flank the central scene. Ossetic-language legends appear along the upper and lower margins, identifying the Alan Diocese of Geri and the Church of St. George the Victorious.
