| Obverse description | The obverse displays the national coat of arms of the Republic of Chad in the centre of the field, comprising a heraldic shield supported by two rampant lions and surmounted by a rising sun, rendered in high relief against a darkened background. The legend REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 3000 FRANCS CFA is inscribed along the lower periphery. The national motto UNITE TRAVAIL PROGRES (Unity, Work, Progress) is also present in the lettering. The design is struck in .999 fine gold with a polished proof-quality finish. |
