Opmerkingen

The Studentski centar Sveučilišta u Zagrebu — the Student Centre of the University of Zagreb — operated its own internal currency for use within campus facilities: canteens, dormitories, cultural venues. These voucher-type notes functioned as a rationing and accounting mechanism rather than circulating money in any orthodox sense, allowing the Centre to manage subsidized services for enrolled students outside the Yugoslav dinar system proper.

The 3000 dinar denomination reflects the extreme inflation Yugoslavia was experiencing by the late 1980s and early 1990s, when nominal values on everyday instruments ballooned rapidly.
