Obverse description The national emblem of the People's Republic of China occupies the central field, depicting Tiananmen Gate surmounted by five stars — one large star flanked by four smaller ones — framed by sheaves of grain and a cogwheel at the base. The emblem is rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field, surrounded by an ornamental border of stylized clouds and floral scrollwork. The circular legend 中华人民共和国 (People's Republic of China) arcs along the upper periphery in Chinese characters. The date 2026 is inscribed along the lower rim beneath the emblem.

Reverse description Two horses are depicted in a stylized, modernist composition evoking the yin-yang symbol, with one horse rendered in brilliant silver against a dark lacquered field and the other emerging from the silver field against the black ground, their forms intertwined in a dynamic, swirling arrangement of flowing manes and curved lines. Subtle iridescent color accents are applied at the intersection of the two figures, adding chromatic depth to the contrasting monochrome design. The cyclical stem characters 丙午 (Bǐng Wǔ), denoting the sexagenary designation of the Horse year, appear in the upper right field. The denomination 300元 is inscribed within a circular cartouche at the lower left of the design.
