| Beschrijving keerzijde | A three-quarter facing portrait of Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar occupies the central field, depicted in traditional attire with a draped sari and dupatta covering her head, wearing a pearl necklace, rendered in a fine engraved illustrative style. The Devanagari legend 'अहिल्याबाई होलकर की 300वीं जयंती' curves along the upper periphery. The dates '1725' and '2025' appear in the left and right fields respectively, flanking the portrait. The Latin legend '300TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF AHILYABAI HOLKAR' is inscribed along the lower arc of the coin. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Ahilyabai Holkar ruled Malwa as de facto head of the Holkar state from 1767 until her death in 1795, administering from Maheshwar rather than Indore and funding temple construction and infrastructure across the subcontinent at a scale that drew praise from contemporaries including Mountstuart Elphinstone. The 300-rupee face value places this squarely in India's commemorative collector series — a denomination that exists purely as a vehicle for bullion issues and carries no circulation intent. The .500 fineness is lower than most sovereign commemoratives from comparable programs, yielding roughly 17.5 grams of actual silver content.
