| Obverse description | Central field features a traditional Nepalese decorative panel divided into six compartments, each bearing a portion of the royal name and titulature of King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev in Devanagari script. A Vishnu trident symbol occupies the central junction of the panel divisions. The upper arc bears the honorific inscription 'Shri Shri' in Devanagari, while the lower arc displays the Vikram Samvat date 2047. The entire design is enclosed within an ornate border of beaded dots and stylized foliate and conch motifs in traditional Nepalese royal style. |

| Reverse description | Central motif depicts two crossed Nepalese national flags above an open book inscribed with the Devanagari legend 'संविधान २०४७' (Constitution 2047), symbolising the promulgation of the 1990 Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal. The denomination 'रु ३००' appears to the left and 'Rs 300' to the right of the central design. A curved Devanagari legend 'नेपाल अधिराज्यको' arcs across the upper field, with 'नेपाल NEPAL' inscribed below the book. The outer legend around the lower periphery reads 'THE CONSTITUTION OF THE KINGDOM OF NEPAL 1990' in Latin script, separated by dot stops. The entire design is framed by a beaded border. |
