| Reverse description | The denomination numeral 300 dominates the central field in large, bold characters, with REIS inscribed immediately below in smaller lettering and the date beneath that, all presented in a stacked vertical arrangement. The legend BRASIL arcs across the upper field. The entire central device is framed by an ornate collar of stylized Marajoara geometric interlace patterns, inspired by the pre-Columbian ceramic art of Marajó Island, which extends continuously around the inner border and echoes the scalloped coin edge. The overall design, engraved by Benedito de Araújo Ribeiro, reflects a deliberate nationalistic aesthetic drawing on indigenous Brazilian artistic heritage. |
