Reverse description A detailed architectural view of St Paul's Walden Bury, the Georgian country house in Hertfordshire and childhood home of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, occupies the central field in fine engraved relief. The legend QUEEN ELIZABETH THE QUEEN MOTHER curves along the upper border, with the secondary inscription HER PARENTS' HOME ST PAUL'S WALDEN BURY arranged in a curved band within the upper field. The date 1903, commemorating the year of the Queen Mother's birth, appears in the lower central field, with the denomination 300 NGULTRUM inscribed immediately below along the bottom border. The architectural rendering captures the facade of the house with considerable detail, set against a mirrored proof field.
