| Obverse description | Facing bust of Queen Sirikit, draped in ornate traditional Thai royal ceremonial attire adorned with elaborate jewelry and royal decorations including a prominent breast star. The Queen wears her hair elegantly styled and upswept beneath a tiara. A Thai script legend curves along the left field identifying her as Queen Sirikit, with an additional Thai inscription along the right field denoting her royal title. |

| Reverse description | At center, a tiered royal chedi (stupa) rendered in fine relief occupies the upper field, beneath which appears the interlaced royal cypher of Queen Sirikit. The denomination '๓๐๐ บาท' (300 Baht) is inscribed below the cypher in Thai numerals and script. A curved Thai legend arcs across the upper field commemorating the 60th birthday celebration, and a further inscription along the lower field records the date '๑๒ สิงหาคม ๒๕๓๕' (12 August 2535 BE) and 'ประเทศไทย' (Thailand). Two small decorative diamond-shaped ornaments flank the central device in the mid-field. |
