| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in red and grey on cream paper, with a central oval cartouche enclosing the denomination text and issuing authority, surrounded by an ornate scrollwork border in the Jugendstil manner. Within the cartouche, Kurrent-style blackletter typography carries the denomination and validity inscription, below which three manuscript signature lines for the Bürgermeister, Vizebürgermeister, and Kassier appear. The overall composition is framed by a ruled rectangular border with decorative corner flourishes. |
