| Vorderseitenbeschreibung | The left half of the note carries a vignette of a couple in traditional Tyrolean folk costume — a woman in a dirndl and a man in peasant attire — shaking hands, set against a stylized alpine background within a decorative zigzag border. Below the vignette appears a verse text in a framed panel. The right half bears the large denomination numeral '30 H' in bold red lettering at the top, followed by the issuing text in Gothic blackletter script, the validity date, and a facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister; the printer's imprint 'WAGNER, INNSBRUCK.' appears at the lower right. |

| Rückseitenbeschreibung | The reverse presents a central vignette of a traditional Tyrolean farmhouse (Bauernhof) set against a mountainous landscape beneath a semicircular arch, rendered in brown and ochre tones. In the upper left corner appears the red Tyrolean eagle coat of arms, while the upper right corner carries a heraldic shield with a church tower. The denomination '30' appears in white numerals on dark panels at lower left and right, with the place name 'St. Johann in Tirol.' in Gothic script across the lower centre banner; the edition number '6. AUFLAGE' is printed at the lower left margin outside the decorative scalloped border. |

| Anmerkungen |
St. Johann in Tirol issued this Heller notgeld during the prolonged small-coin famine that gripped Austria well into the early 1920s — the postwar collapse of the krone made low-denomination metallic coinage economically pointless to mint, and municipalities across Tirol were left to fill the gap themselves. Wagner in Innsbruck handled the printing for a considerable number of these local issues, which means the production quality is relatively consistent but the notes themselves are not individually rare.
Josef Hofinger's signature as Bürgermeister anchors the note to a specific civic administration navigating a genuinely chaotic monetary moment.
