The oval contains the authorising text in German Kurrent script referencing the municipal committee resolution of 8 May 1920, flanked below by the official circular municipality stamp of Gemeinde Seewalchen am Attersee and two manuscript signatures. The denomination '30 Heller' appears in bold numerals and Gothic lettering at the lower centre, with the series and edition designation 'SERIE II AUFLAGE II' and the anti-counterfeiting warning 'Die Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft' printed below the signatures.
