| 背面描述 | The reverse is printed in black on plain cream paper within a wavy scalloped border, and carries the full legal authorisation text in German, citing the municipal council resolution of 8 July 1920 approving the issuance of Notgeld to the value of K 40,000 (vierzigtausend), with the municipality's movable and immovable assets pledged as surety until 31 October 1920. The place and date 'Oeblarn, am 21. Juli 1920.' are centred below the text block, followed by two manuscript signatures beneath the printed role designations 'Kassier:' and 'Bürgermeister:'. |

Oeblarn is a small market village in Styria's Enns Valley, and this 30 Heller Notgeld dates from the chaotic postwar period when the newly truncated Austrian republic faced a catastrophic coin shortage. Municipal governments across Austria — including tiny communities like Oeblarn — were authorized to issue their own emergency paper to fill the gap left by the collapse of the old imperial coinage system. These local issues were printed in enormous variety, many by regional printers on modest stock, and circulated only within the issuing community.
The Jaksc/Pick reference suffix "Ib" indicates a recognized variety within the series — likely a color or paper distinction from an otherwise identical type.
