| Obverse description | Orange and black letterpress vignette on cream paper, with the denomination numeral '30' in bold black within decorative frames at upper left and upper right. The central vignette, rendered in a folk-art line style against an orange ground, shows a haloed angel guiding two oxen pulling a hay-laden cart through a rural landscape.
