Obverse description Vertically oriented notgeld note in ochre-yellow and dark blue-green on a salmon-pink ground, with an elaborate Art Nouveau border of stylised floral motifs and dotted vertical rules framing the entire composition. At the top, a curved cartouche bears the issuer inscription in bold Gothic lettering, centred above a circular medallion with the numeral '30' in large figures and the denomination 'HELLER' below. The central vignette, set within a pearl-bordered oval, presents a finely engraved landscape view of Klaus showing a valley settlement with a mill or house amid densely wooded hillsides; a second, smaller denomination roundel repeats '30 HELLER' at the foot of the design. The annotation '3. Auflage' (third issue) appears in manuscript at the lower left margin.

Reverse description Horizontal reverse printed in olive-green on salmon-pink paper, enclosed within a decorative border of dotted and wavy rules. The text field carries a full redemption notice in German Fraktur script, stating the legal basis for issue under the municipal assembly resolution of 15 June 1920 and the conditions for exchange at the Gemeindekanzlei up to a maximum of K 20.- per presentation. Three manuscript facsimile signatures appear below, identified by printed role titles as Kassier, Bürgermeister, and Bürgerm.-Stellv. respectively. The printer's imprint 'Entwurf u. Druck v. F. Seitenberg (Inh. A.W. Müller) Wien, III.' is typeset in small Roman characters at the foot of the note.
