Obverse description The obverse is printed in blue ink on a salmon-toned paper ground, with the denomination numeral '30' in brown appearing twice in circular cartouches at lower left and right, framed by ornate scrollwork and wheat-ear garlands. A central vignette presents a panoramic townscape of Kirchham with a church steeple, castle tower at left, and rural buildings at right, all rendered in fine letterpress line work. The issuer inscription 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Kirchham bei Vorchdorf o.ö.' arches across the upper portion in Gothic script, with the notation 'IV. Auflage' (4th issue) at top right, and the word 'HELLER' printed vertically in large Gothic letters along the right margin.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in blue on plain cream paper, with a decorative border of interlaced geometric banding enclosing the main text panel. A large stylized foliate ornament in Art Nouveau manner occupies the left margin. At upper centre, two columns of Gothic script carry the motto 'Gib, o Herr, Uns täglich Brot' and 'In dieser Zeit Der schwersten Not.' The main body text, in German, states the municipality's resolution of 9 May 1920 authorising the issuance of Gutscheine to a total value of 60,000 Kronen, with the denomination numeral '30' in brown within a square cartouche at lower centre. Facsimile signature lines for the Vizebürgermeister Josef Ursprunger and the Bürgermeister Leopold Rauscher appear at the foot of the panel.
