The legend KASSENSCHEIN DER STADTGEMEINDE BERNDORF N.Ö. runs across the top, DREISSIG HELLER across the lower portion, followed by an authorization text referencing the Deutschösterreichisches Staatsamt für Finanzen dated 31 March 1920 and the issuance date of 16 April 1920, with three manuscript signatures for the Finanzreferent, Bürgermeister, and Gemeinderat, and the designer credit ROBERT LEITNER at the foot. |
