Obverse description Central field displays the crowned Saxon arms — a divided shield bearing the Rautenkranz (rue crown) diagonal band — held aloft by two winged cherubs as supporters, their wings spread outward. A third winged cherub head appears above the shield in the upper field. The numeral '30' appears below the shield in the lower field, indicating the denomination. The Latin legend encircles the entire design within a beaded border, reading the elector's titles.
